The Goal Getter Program is designed to help participants develop stronger habits, build confidence, and create meaningful goals through guided coaching, accountability, and personal growth exercises. This supportive group experience combines mindset development with practical action steps to help participants move beyond obstacles and become more intentional in their daily lives.

Program Format

  • Group classes conducted via Zoom
  • 1-hour sessions
  • Meets once per week
  • 5-week program structure
  • Weeks 1–4 include guided group coaching sessions
  • Week 5 includes a personal Goal Setting session with Tim

Price requires confirmation regarding whether this applies per session or for the full 5-week program.

Week 1 | Find the Goal

Learn what goals truly are, why they matter, and identify the goals you genuinely want to pursue.

Week 2 | Comfort Zone

Explore the meaning of the comfort zone, why growth can feel uncomfortable, and how discomfort often accompanies progress and success.

Week 3 | Noise

Identify distractions, self-doubt, outside opinions, and negative influences that interfere with focus and personal growth.


Week 4 | Applied Faith

Understand the connection between faith and action by learning how movement creates momentum and how faith differs from temporary feelings.


Week 5 | Personal Goal Setting Session

Participate in a one-on-one goal-setting session with Tim focused on practical exercises, clarity, accountability, and next steps.
